Kwork Architects (formerly known as K Projects) is an architectural practice established by fully-qualified Architect Wai Kwok, BA(Hons) DipArch ARB Registered.
The work of Kwork Architects currently includes residential extensions, refurbishments, conversions and new builds. Kwork Architects offer a range of services from feasibility, concept design, planning and building regulations through to a full architectural design service. We use the latest 3D technologies which enables us to bring the work to life to help clients visualise their projects, as well as being a fundamental and influential tool when presented to statutory authorities and bodies.
Kwork Architects will work closely with clients to develop a brief and to establish the ambitions of the project. We approach each project individually to produce a design unique to the client and the site, by listening to the client and understanding their needs, and by exploring the potential of each site to maximise its use. Good communication with the client, and all parties of the design and building team, is the key to producing architecture of a high standard.
Kwork Architects believe that great architecture requires a balance between creativity, practicality and functional efficiency, which acts as a medium bringing people, buildings and the environment together.

About Wai
Wai has acquired over 20 years of experience working for several companies in London, on projects of various scales and stages. Wai began his career working for companies in the residential and education sector, as well as the retail sector which included work on the two Westfield projects in London. He then spent 15 years as a Senior Architect working for a company in the sports sector, and during this time he worked on several stadiums for Premier League clubs such as Tottenham Hotspur FC, Liverpool FC, Chelsea FC, Leicester City FC, and Brighton & Hove Albion FC, as well as work on Wembley and the London Olympics.
Having developed a diverse and vast amount of experience, Wai established his own architectural practice Kwork Architects (formerly known as K Projects), with the aim of working ‘with’ clients to deliver architecture of the highest quality and architecture that meets the client’s requirements. Wai has extensive knowledge of the local planning policies and design guidance in Harrow, Hillingdon, Brent, Barnet, Watford and the surrounding areas of Hertfordshire and Hertsmere. He also has extensive knowledge of government legislation for Permitted Development and Building Regulations.
