Rickmansworth

A single-storey extension to the rear of a semi-detached property located in an area of Green Belt in Rickmansworth. The property was previously extended on two-storeys partially across the width of the property, and Kwork Architects were appointed to develop proposals for a single-storey extension across the full width of the property to accommodate a new kitchen, dining area, utility room, bathroom and an area for the piano.

Kwork Architects were appointed to carry out services for the Developed Design and Technical Design stages of the project. Planning Permission was granted in 2019 and construction is due to start soon.
