Barnet

A single-storey extension to the rear of a mid-terraced property in the conservation area of Watling Estate in Barnet, developed under Permitted Development. The extension accommodates a new kitchen and dining area, and a ground floor reconfiguration which includes a new 3-piece-suite bathroom.

Kwork Architects were appointed to carry out services for the Technical Design stage of the project. Construction was completed in 2021.
