All Permitted Development rights have been revoked due to an Article 4 Direction on the property, and therefore this development required Planning Permission. This relatively small but unique extension accommodates a dining area with bi-folding doors across the full width and a large roof lantern, ideal for entertainment.
Kwork Architects were appointed to carry out services for the Developed Design stage of the project. Construction was completed in 2022.
