Raleigh Avenue

Hillingdon

A part-single and part-double storey extension to the rear of a semi-detached property in Hillingdon, accommodating a new kitchen, dining area and children’s play area on the ground floor, and an extra bedroom on the first floor. This design has provided extra space and plenty of light to transform the original tiny property into a wonderful family home.

Kwork Architects were appointed to carry out services for the Developed Design and Technical Design stages of the project. Construction was completed in 2019.
