A new build two-storey house on a greenfield site in Toronto. The site boasts an amazing 2,200 sqm with excellent access to nearby lakes for the fishing and boat-loving Client.

Kwork Architects were appointed to carry out services for the Developed Design stage of the project, working closely with local developers to develop a design which complies with the building codes in Toronto. The project is currently under construction, following some slight tweaks to the design through value-engineering, and due for completion 2023.
